This Tender Signing Tuesday is a double dosage edition; welcome Ryan and Kyle Cagnoni!
Hailing from Denver, Colorado, the Cagnoni brothers come from a hockey and figure skating family. Russ and Shauna grew up inside a ice rink, and their two sons are no different.
Kyle played his AAA hockey in Colorado untill he decided to leave home to play for the Phoeniz Jr. Coyotes AAA program in Arizona. Kyle registered 3 goals and 5 assists last season for the Jr. Coyotes, Kyle says he brings a lot more to his game than scoring points. "I think my game is well rounded and like to do the little things to help a team win games" said Kyle.
Ryan had the same path for his hockey career, he grew up playing his AAA hockey in Colorado until he decided to leave home to play for the Omaha AAA hockey program, two season ago. Ryan played some bits and pieces last season in the NAHL before getting a season ending shoulder injury. Ryan, in his last season of AAA hockey, scored 12 goals and 18 assits for 30 points in just 24 games in the NAPHL. "I feel great after surgery, and I am looking forward to a great season" said Ryan.
